I'm Morcón, Chorizo's big cousin from Spain. Made from top-notch pork and spiced just right, I'm all about balance. I may seem similar to Chorizo, but I'm special in my own way. I'm packed in a thicker casing and cured longer, making me firmer and more flavourful.

Take care of me

To ensure my quality remains at its peak, please store me in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate me to prolong my freshness and enhance my flavor. For the most exquisite tasting experience, it's recommended to let me reach room temperature by opening me 30 minutes prior to consumption.

What I'm made of.

I'm proud to mention that I'm entirely gluten-free. My primary ingredient is the finest Iberian pork, complimented by a carefully curated mix of additional ingredients. These include salt, paprika, extra virgin olive oil, dextrose, dextrin, spices, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), acidity regulator (E-331iii), and antioxidant (E-301).
