Carving ham became Antonio's obsession. He was determined to excel, to become a master in this intricate art. His venture led him to Tozino, an exclusive restaurant in London. There, he dedicated himself to perfecting his skills and ultimately became a specialized master in the art of ham carving.

Fueled by his insatiable desire for adventure and self-improvement, Antonio embarked on a journey to Canada, eager to pursue his carving career.But the absence of ibérico ham became an unexpected challenge

Viewing challenges as opportunities, he paved the way to become Canada's first Professional Master Ham Carver. With the creation of his company, ARC IBERICO IMPORTS, Antonio introduces Spanish cuisine to Canadian homes.

Antonio also created Jamoneria by ARC in Canada with a passion to bring the real Spanish way of enjoying tapas to the forefront.. A place that offers a diverse selection of Spanish plates and tapas for you to try and take home, allowing you to discover and appreciate the true flavors of Spain.
