Hi! I'm Antonio Romero Iberian Salchichón, the close cousin of the king of Spanish cured meats.
I am made of Iberian pigs, a unique breed that roams freely through meadows and feeds on acorns and herbs. I am juicy and my texture is smooth and pleasant to the palate. My taste is the perfect combination of sweet and salty, with a touch of pepper and other secret spices that give me that unique flavor.
But that's not all, I am very versatile and can accompany any food or drink. If you fancy a tapa with friends, I am here to steal the show with a glass of red wine or a beer. If you prefer something more sophisticated, serve me on a charcuterie board, along with my friends Iberian chorizo, Iberian ham, a bit of Manchego cheese, and olives.
I can even be the star ingredient in salads, pizzas or pasta. I'm good for anything. Not to brag, but I have nothing to envy from my other Iberian siblings.

To keep me in optimal condition, it's important to store me in a cool, dry place. Once you open me, refrigerate me to preserve my freshness and flavor.
If you want to enjoy me to the fullest, it's recommended that you open me 30 minutes before consuming me and let me reach room temperature.
What I'm made of.
It's important to highlight that I'm gluten-free and that my main ingredient, as you know, is Iberian pork. I also contain a bit of salt, spices, dextrose, dextrin, lactose, soy protein, milk protein, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-452i, E-451i), preservatives (E-250 and E-252), acidity regulator (E-331iii) and antioxidant (E-301).
So you can taste my delicious flavor, I come in a vacuum-sealed package of 80 grams sliced thinly so that you can appreciate all my flavor notes on your palate. You have to try me!
