Hi! I’m Vela Iberian Pork Chorizo, the spicy cousin of the king of Spanish cured meats.
My taste is the perfect balance of smoky and savory, with a touch of paprika that gives me that distinctive flavor.
I am very versatile and can enhance any food or drink. If you fancy a tapa with friends, I am here. If you prefer something more elegant, serve me on a charcuterie board, along with my friends Iberian salchichón, Iberian ham, a bit of Manchego cheese, and almonds.
I can even be the main ingredient in sandwiches or omelets. I’m good for everything.

To keep me in optimal condition, it’s important to store me in a cool, dry place. Once you open me, refrigerate me to maintain my freshness and flavor. If you want to enjoy me to the maximum, it’s recommended that you open me 30 minutes before consuming me and let me reach room temperature.
What I’m made of.
I am made of pork meat salt, paprika, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil, dextrin, preservatives, spices, acidity corrector, and antioxidants. I am vacuum packed and weigh around 200g.
