Hi! I’m Antonio Romero Iberian Salchichón, the ultimate Spanish cured meat experience!

My taste is a flawless fusion of sweet and salty, enhanced by a hint of pepper that sets me apart.

I am very versatile and can go with any food or drink. If you fancy a tapa with friends, I am here to wow them with a glass of red wine or a beer. If you prefer something more refined, serve me on a charcuterie board, along with my friends Iberian chorizo, Iberian ham, a bit of Manchego cheese, and olives.

Moreover, I excel in diverse culinary creations. From salads to pizzas, from pasta to any gourmet masterpiece, I am the star ingredient that effortlessly enhances every bite. It's not boasting, just an undeniable truth.

Take care of me
To keep me in optimal condition, it’s important to store me in a cool, dry place. Once you open me, refrigerate me to keep my freshness and flavor. If you want to enjoy me to the most, it’s recommended that you open me 30 minutes before consuming me and let me reach room temperature.

What I’m made of
It is important to emphasize that I am gluten-free and that my main ingredient, as you know, is Iberian pork. I also contain a bit of salt, spices, dextrose, dextrin, lactose, soy protein, milk protein, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-452i, E-451i), preservatives (E-250 and E-252), acidity regulator (E-331iii) and antioxidant (E-301).
I come in a vacuum-sealed package of around 200 grams.

 

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Enjoy this convenient and delicious ready-to-eat product. Simply slice it and serve it with some Spanish Crackers and a glass of wine for a delightful combination. If you'd like to create a more complete appetizer, you can also add your favorite olives and chips.
